Access your account 24/7

Using Call24, our electronic phone teller, most of your credit union transactions may be conducted at your convenience, 24 hours a day, from any Touch-Tone® telephone. Check account balances, transfer between accounts, see what checks have cleared, and more. It is easy to use and confidential.

Here are tips on some of your options using Call24:

Share-to-share transfers: Within the same member account number, you may transfer funds from one suffix ("share account") to another suffix ("share account"). For example, you might transfer funds from your share/savings account (suffix #00) to your checking account (suffix #50) -- both are considered "share accounts" in Call24.

Cross-account transfers: You may also transfer funds to another account (a separate membership account number) that you jointly own. You may only "push" money to another account; you may not "pull" money from another account. Call us to set up your cross-account transfer privileges.

Share-to-loan transfers: You may transfer funds from a share account that you own to a loan that's listed under the same membership account number.

PIN: You must have a secret code, or PIN, to access your account; apply for your secret code when you visit any Alabama Credit Union location (your signature is required) or by e-mailing us from within the ACUiBranch® Internet account access system. (Sorry, non-secure e-mail requests for PINs are not permitted.) You can change your Call24 PIN by using Call24. Be sure to change your starter PIN on your first call and anytime it has been lost, stolen or become known to an unauthorized person.

Spanish-language option: At the beginning of the call, choose to hear commands in Spanish.

Merchant verification of funds: Merchants verifying funds on members' checks can now use Call24, freeing up our Member Care Center agents and phone lines for members' use.

Branch locations and hours

Transfer to Member Care Center agent: When you need to speak with a Member Care Center agent, there's no need to hang up and call back. You may transfer during your Call24 session.

Lost/stolen VISA card information: Need help on evenings or weekends? Call24 provides the information you need to report a lost or stolen VISA card.

Try our Call24. Listen as the simple menu reveals all of your choices. And, try these Call24 tips:
» On your first call, listen to each series of commands before you make a selection.
» Press the pound (#) key only when Call24 instructs you or when you want to end your call.
» You may speed through the system only after you have entered your account number and #, and your PIN and #.
» Press * to return to the previous menu.

Give Call24 a try. After you've signed and returned the Call24 agreement and requested your starter PIN, call (205) 348-CALL or (800) 817-CALL. Remember: Call24 is safe, quick, easy and free!
