Daily drawings held between January 15 and February 15, 2010

Contest Rules:
1)  No purchase required. Non-e-statement users may enter contest by using entry form supplied by Alabama Credit Union. Entries may be received in one of two ways: (1) Entry must be placed in official Entry Box or (2) Entry will be received via daily transaction reports furnished to Alabama Credit Union detailing use of Alabama Credit Union e-Statement service.

2) Selection method: A e-statement user number will be determined prior to contest period; pre-selected date and transaction number will not be revealed until after daily Drawing. Entries deposited to Entry Box will be added to e-statement user report each day, in the order of one entry from Entry Box added to every 7th listing on the daily transaction report until all entries from Entry Box have been included on each daily transaction report.

3) Contest period: Contest entry period is from January 15, 2010 through February 15, 2010.


4) Place of entry: Alabama Credit Union offices: 220 Paul Bryant Drive East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 during regular business hours (9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Friday, except holidays).


5) Prizes: Thirty-one (31) $100 Cash Prizes — $3,100 will be deposited to member’s share account at Alabama Credit Union if winner is a member of Alabama Credit Union, or awarded at Alabama Credit Union’s office via official Alabama Credit Union check payable to winner if winner is not a member of Alabama Credit Union.


6) Taxes: Any local, state or federal taxes due are the responsibility of the winne­r.


7) Winner’s identification: Winner must provide a valid Social Security number or tax identification number and valid U.S. Government-issued photo identification before prize will be awarded; payment is subject to identity verification and U.S. Government regulations. If winner does not provide these items to Alabama Credit Union on or before 5:30 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2010, prize will be forfeited.


8) Drawing: Will be held at 220 Paul Bryant Drive, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, each weekday beginning on January 18, 2010, at 10 a.m., and ending February 16, 2010. Three drawings will occur each Monday at 10 a.m. between January 18, 2010 and February 15, 2010. Winner will be notified by telephone or U.S. mail.


9) Ineligible: Alabama Credit Union employees, officials and their spouses are not eligible to enter. Any person who has previously caused a loss to Alabama Credit Union is not eligible to enter. Persons under age 19 are not eligible to enter. One entry per person; one entry per account. Only one prize per person during contest period; only one person per account during contest period.

10) Other: Contest void where prohibited by law.
