What's next?

Within 7-10 working days from the day you drive off the lot with your new ride, you should expect to receive a packet in the mail. This packet will contain important information so you can register for online banking – an easy and convenient platform for making your loan payments. 

How do I make my payment?

After you receive your welcome packet, there are two ways to make payments.

  • Online Banking - Payments through online banking are fee-free. 
  • Smart Pay - A one-time payment feature using a debit card. A processing fee of $4.95 will be applied to the payment.

Your member number is the number used to identify you as a member of ACU. All of your relationships with ACU fall under this number categorized with a unique suffix.

For example: Member Number 123456, Savings Account 123456-00, Auto Loan 123456-10, etc..
